Darryl Swift - Director, Health & Personal Care
Darryl has more than 10 years experience in directing,
designing and managing a range of projects from small
domestic projects to large-scale international research
programmes, delivering insights using both qualitative
and quantitative methods. Darryl has extensive
experience of both business-to-business and consumer
research in areas such as NPD, pricing, customer loyalty
& satisfaction, usage & attitudes and branding.
Darryl’s sector experience extends across a number of
industries, but his particular focus is in health &
personal care.
Prior to
joining Holden Pearmain in 2003, Darryl gained his
initial market research experience from Research
International UK, where he progressed from being
Research Executive to an Account Manager over 5 years.
He worked in the Business & Technology department
working mainly on business-to-business projects. Prior
to Research International, Darryl worked for a plastics
and chemicals consultancy company where he worked on
continuous customer satisfaction projects.
Darryl has a BA Honours
Degree in International Business Studies and is fluent
in Spanish. He
is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society
