Richard has worked at Holden Pearmain for eight years and has over 12 years experience in designing, managing and overseeing a range of projects from small domestic ad-hoc projects to large-scale continuous international research programmes. Richard has worked across a wide range of sectors and with a numerous clients covering topics such as sales optimization, new product and service development, pricing & promotion, customer loyalty & satisfaction, usage & attitudes, market modeling and branding from both a Qualitative and Quantitative perspective.
Richard is extremely focused on ensuring that all research solutions provide clear recommendations; ensuring our clients can make efficient and profitable decisions in today’s challenging environments.
Richard gained his initial market research experience at Thornton Drummond and Brett a Marketing and Market Research consultancy, where he managed a wide variety of Ad-hoc and continuous projects. His primary responsibility was the day-to-day running of Royal Mail’s Customer Services Satisfaction Monitor.
Richard has a BSc Honors Degree in Biology from Imperial College London. He is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society.
