Melanie Wiles, Director – Head of Qualitative

Melanie has been with Holden Pearmain since 2005 when she started as a Senior Research Executive and now heads up the Qualitative Team.  Her key function within the business is the overall responsibility of a project from the beginning to the end: establishing client needs, designing discussion guides, moderating, analysing and presenting – could be any of the above. She works across a diverse range of clients across all sectors in delivering insightful qualitative input and recommendations.

Melanie’s previous role was as a qualitative researcher at both Synovate and TNS (Madrid).  She has a combined first class hons degree in French and Spanish from Birmingham University and nearly 10 years experience in research.
